The Frankie Foundation is dedicated to the goal of turning tragedy into triumph. A dear friend, Frank Speciale, was taken in the prime of his life by heart disease.

Frankie lived life to its fullest and The Frankie Foundation’s mission is to help others do the same.

We will seek to accomplish our mission in two ways: First, by raising money to purchase and place Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) in parks and athletic fields throughout South Florida.

An AED is the only way to treat most sudden cardiac arrests and their placement near athletic fields and parks will save lives.

Second, by offering multiple scholarships each year to local high school seniors who demonstrate Frank’s selfless spirit.
